William James Noonan, Iii

William James “Bill” Noonan, III, 79 of Reisterstown formerly of Owings Mills passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, April 8, 2023, surrounded by his loving family. Born October 2, 1943, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late William J. and Elizabeth Noonan. Bill was the loving husband of late Barbara Lynn Noonan, nee Wade, his wife of 54 years, who passed away March 19, 2022.

Bill was a retired “Funeral Director” where he worked his whole career and devoted his time tirelessly in serving families throughout the local area with the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, P.A. in Owings Mills and Manchester.  Bill enjoyed spending time with his family.

Bill was the loving father to Jessica Schill and her husband John of Reisterstown and Amber Harbaugh and her husband Kevin of Hampstead; cherished grandfather to John, II, Jordan, Jesalyn, Summer, and Skylar; devoted brother of Donald Noonan, his identical twin and his wife Irene, Patricia Kilduff and her husband Mike, and Betty Lee Soltynski and her husband Larry; caring brother-in-law of William Wesley Wade, Jr; and is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Bill was predeceased by his son Scott Michael Noonan in 2004 and his brother John Noonan.

The family will receive friends for visitation, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, April 13th, 2023, at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 91 Willis Street, Westminster (21157) where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 14th, 2023, with the Rev. Kenneth Powell of Trinity Lutheran Church, Reisterstown Officiating. Interment will follow in the All Saints Cemetery, Bond Avenue, Reisterstown (21136).
