Zelda A. Lipsky, age 99 of formerly of Carroll County, Maryland died Friday February 1, 2013 at her home in Columbia, South Carolina. She was born February 14, 1913 in Baltimore, daughter of the late Eugene P. Abell and Buelah P. Evans Abell Everhart. She was the wife of the late Col. Joseph A. Lipsky, who died in February 2007.
She was a life member of Carrollton Church of God in Finksburg, MD and a member of the Women’s Club and Garden Club.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by siblings, Eugene “Bud” Abell and E. Jane Abell.
A brief committal service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 26 at Carrollton Church of God, 1901 Carrollton Rd, Finksburg. Inurnment will follow in the Carrollton Church Cemetery.
