Born September 10, 1942 in Baltimore he was the son of the late Merle L. (Snyder) Perkins.
He was a veteran of the US Army serving from 1960-1966. He was a shuttle bus driver at the BWI Airport for many years. He especially enjoyed guitar playing and loved his Cadillac cars.
Graveside services with military honors will be held on Thursday, April 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Garrison Forest in Owings Mills.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
