William “Bill” Quynn, 60, of Frederick passed away Thursday morning, April 2, 2015 at his home following a year-long battle with leukemia. Born in Frederick in 1954, he grew up, married, ran his business, and raised his family there. At Bill’s request and in honor of his wishes, arrangements are private.
