William Brian Hopson, age 51, of Westminster, Maryland, died on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the Carroll Hospital Center. Born July 8, 1963 in Westminster, Maryland, he was the son of Margaret V. Kibler and step-son of James H. Kibler of Smallwood. He was the long-time friend and companion of Loretta Williams.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He especially loved his pets “Butch, Macey, and Beauty”.
He is survived by nieces, Tina Walker and Ashley Decker; nephew, Jimmy Williams; step-son, Adam Stem; and grandchildren, Sabrina Lynn and Aidan Brian Stem. He was predeceased by a brother, Michael Hopson.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Loretta Williams to help with final expenses.
