Vincent Joseph Pace

Vincent Joseph Pace, 91, of Clearwater, FL died on March 11, 2023 at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, FL. Born March 19, 1931 in Masontown, PA, he was the son of the late Fredrico Pascucci and Maria Pascucci (Sagripanti). He was the husband of the late Patricia Marie Pace (Haines), to whom he was married for 42 years. He was also the devoted companion of the late Mary Lee Davis who passed in 2012.
Vince retired from Montgomery Ward in 1995 after 45 years of service. He then moved to Ocean City, MD and eventually to Florida. Vince loved the beach, was a life-long New York Yankees fan, played on senior softball and bowling leagues, and was very active in church, eventually becoming a lay pastor.
Surviving are sons, Fredrick Pace and wife Debbie of Taneytown, MD; Brian Pace and wife Sydney of Decatur, IL; and Mark Pace of Snow Hill, MD. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, nephews and other family and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Deno Pascucci; his sister, Jean DeGusipe; and his granddaughter, Jennifer Pace.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11 :00 a.m. on Saturday, October 14 at Myers­-Durboraw Funeral Home, P.A. 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD, followed by funeral services.
