Born October 1, 1943 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Anna (Foreman) O’Melia of Essex and the late Victor M. O’Melia, Sr.
Victor was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan, and enjoyed history especially the Civil War. He enjoyed gardening and coin collecting.
Surviving in addition to his mother are daughters, Kelly Norton of Essex and Colleen Klinger and husband Steven of PA; granddaughter, Kora Klinger; sister, Charlene Dontell of S.C.; great niece Krystl Dontell; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no services and interment will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
