Vickie Dowling

Vickie Ilene Dowling, 69, of Westminster, MD, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.  Born October 31, 1950 in Anne Arundel County, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Ethel (Moore) Dowling.

Vickie worked at Sweetheart Cup Company in Baltimore County during her younger years.  She was a member of Northwest Baptist Church in Reisterstown.  She enjoyed taking drives and sightseeing, doing various craft projects, exploring family history and organizing picture albums, collecting M&M figurines and spending time with family.  Whatever Vickie was doing, it was usually something for others.

Surviving are her son, James “Bunky” Miller and wife Angie of Westminster; grandson, Zack; 2 brothers, Herbert and Michael; 2 sisters, Mary and Susie; and several nieces and nephews.

Due to the national health crisis, services are private.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
