Veronica Lois Maggard, age 64, of Westminster, Maryland, died on Friday, November 9, 2012 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born August 27, 1948 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Thurman T. and Betty L. (Mathias) Petry. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Glines V. Maggard, Sr.
She was currently employed as a machinist with Black & Decker up until the time of her illness. She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles.
Surviving in addition to her husband are son, Glines V. Maggard, Jr. and wife Connie of Keymar; sisters, Yvonne Hanson and Nancy Felter both of Westminster; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Teresa Lynn Maggard.
Per her wishes, there will be no services. Interment will be private.
