Titina “Gladys” Stem, age 84, of Manchester, Maryland, died on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at the Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster.
Born August 7, 1925 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Concetti (Maiorino) Lostaglia. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert B. Stem in 1989.
Surviving are daughter, Victoria LeFaivre and husband Charles of Taneytown; grand-daughters, Michele Patterson and husband Richard of Taneytown, and Jennifer LeFaivre of Manchester; great-grandsons, Zachary and Nicholas Patterson.
Graveside services and inurnment will be private in the Garrison Forest MD Veterans Cemetery in Owings Mills, MD.
