Tina Marie Sharer, 57, of Woodsboro, MD passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at her home. Born November 27, 1961 in Fairbanks, Alaska, she was the daughter of Carol Maston of Martinsburg, WV and the late Joseph Maston. She was the devoted wife of Lloyd Sharer.
Tina was a homemaker who enjoyed baking and cooking (especially spaghetti). She loved visiting area churches on Sunday mornings, the covered bridge at Loy’s Station, the Grotto at Emmitsburg, and the Rocky Ridge slide. She was an avid fan of the Baltimore Orioles and the Baltimore Ravens, and was a former member of the Redman’s Club in Frederick.
Surviving, in addition to her husband Lloyd and her mother Carol, are daughter, Samantha Corum of Dillsburg, PA; son, Joseph Corum of Brooklyn, MD; brother, William Maston of Martinsburg, WV; grandchildren, Colton and Liam; and several nieces and nephews. She is also remembered by special cousin, George Leistner, of Woodsboro.
A gathering of family and friends to celebrate Tina’s life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 20th at Loy's Station Covered Bridge Park, 3600 Old Frederick Rd. near Thurmont.
