Sharon L. Seipp Hamilton, 65, of Reisterstown, formerly of Westminster, died unexpectedly on Sunday afternoon, October 13, 2013 at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown.
Born November 1, 1947 in Hanover, PA, she was the daughter of the late Francis L. and Romaine Rhoten Seipp. Her husband, Calvin H. Hamilton, predeceased her in 2005.
Sharon was a 1965 graduate of Westminster High School and also graduated from Strayers Business College in Baltimore. She was an Administrative Assistant at Hopkins Federal Savings Bank in Highlandtown. She was an active member of Glyndon United Methodist Church where she served on many committees and also was a member of the Reisterstown Lions Club. She loved playing cards, cooking and entertaining family and friends.
Surviving is a son, Wesley Scott Senseney and wife Wendy of Keymar; Step-children Brad H. Hamilton of Baltimore and Dawn Langston of Louisiana; Granddaughter Ava Grace Senseney and step-grandchildren Brea-Ann and Brylea Luff, Shane Johnvin and Dylan Langston.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster with Reverend Jeannie March officiating. Burial will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 until the time of the service at the funeral home.
