Sammy Jean Johnson Schnetzler, age 79 of Westminster died Thursday October 29, 2009 at Carroll Hospital Center after a brief illness. She was born July 28, 1930 in Fort Scott, Kansas the daughter of the late Samuel R. and Bess Johnson. She worked as a medical office manager at a doctor’s office. She loved crossword puzzles, playing bridge, reading, shopping and watching British television.
She is survived by children, Margaret S. and husband Michael Jones of Westminster, Robert C. and wife Bonnie Schnetzler of Middletown, William H. and wife Rosa Schnetzler of Lusby and Ann S. and husband Jeffery Ackerman of Manchester; sister and brother-in-law, Lois and Albert Jacobs of Daytona Beach, FL; also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
