Salvatora (Marino) Welsh

Salvatora Welsh, 83, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at her home with her son by her side. Born April 23, 1940, she was the daughter to the late Salvatore “Samuel” and Concetta Marino, nee Greco.

She graduated from Mount De Sales Academy in 1959. She was a homemaker and enjoyed going antiquing. She loved spending time with her family. Salvatora enjoyed many years living in both Catonsville and Westminster.

Surviving is son, Nick Welsh and wife Lois of Finksburg; granddaughters Cara and Tessa Welsh of Finksburg; brother, Joseph D. Marino, and many other family members.

A Catholic Rite of Committal will begin at 11 am, Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Meadow Branch Church Cemetery, 818 Old Taneytown Road, Westminster, Maryland 21158.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Salvatora’s name to BridgingLife Dove House Hospice, C/O Development Office, 200 Memorial Avenue, Westminster, Maryland 21157.
