Ruth Stultz, 90, of Westminster, died Thursday afternoon, August 25, 2016 at Golden Living Nursing Center.
Ruth was born July 10, 1926, was of the Baptist faith, and loved her hot dogs.
Graveside services will be private in Carrollton Church of God Cemetery, Finksburg.
