Rotha "Rocky" Andrew Garland

Rotha Andrew “Rocky” Garland, 31, of Taneytown, MD, died suddenly on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 in Westminster.

Born September 25, 1989 in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Richard Garland, Sr. and Mary Ann (Allen) Reed.

Surviving are daughter, Zayah Mary Ellen Garland; brother, Richard E. Garland, Jr. and wife Kayta Gonzalez of Taneytown; sister/niece, Cassidy Caldwell of Baltimore; nieces and nephews, Cassidy, Thomas, Natalie, Brooklyn, Caliyana, Lashay, Phillip “Zion”, and Nathanial “P.J.”.  He was pre-deceased by a sister, Judith “Juju” Garland.

A Celebration of Rocky’s Life will be announced at a later date.  The family requests that contributions be given to the funeral home to help the family with final expenses.
