Roseanna R. Blacksten, age 89, of Westminster, died Sunday, November 27, 2011 at Golden living Center in Westminster. She was born March 23, 1922 in Baltimore, daughter of the late Anna I. Reese Boyd Simpson. Before retirement she was a beautician in Westminster.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce A. Golden of Millersville, MD; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brothers, George E. Boyd and Charles D. Boyd.
Services and interment will be private at St. Benjamin’s (Kriders) Cemetery.
