Robert "Bob" Lewis Rohrbaugh

Robert “Bob” Lewis Rohrbaugh, age 86 of Orrtanna, PA, passed into eternal life on Sunday, January 26, 2025. Born February 19, 1938, in Gettysburg, PA he was the son of the late George Lewis and Frances Rohrbaugh. He was the loving husband of Ann Marie Rohrbaugh for 65 years, marrying on July 4, 1959.

Bob worked as a maintenance man, who could fix anything, at the Lutheran Home Assisted Living in Gettysburg, PA retiring in 2000. He was a hard worker and outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed gardening, growing plants, vegetables and flowers. He liked hunting and antique tractors. He was the “best cook” cooking and baking with his cast iron pots and pans on a woodburning cookstove.

Besides his wife, Ann Marie Rohrbaugh he is survived by his daughter, Lisa Small and husband Joseph of Orrtanna, PA and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by 5 brothers, Donald, Richard, Kenneth, Thomas and Michael Rohrbaugh.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 256 Tract Rd, Fairfield, PA 17320, with Rev. Peter DiTomasso, MSSCC officiating.

Interment will follow the service at Mount Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Emmitsburg, MD.
