Ricky D. Lampley

Ricky D. Lampley, 39, of Westminster, MD, formerly of Baltimore, MD died suddenly on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at the Carroll Hospital Center.

Born on October 8, 1978 in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Carl Clifton and Cheryl Diane (Knellinger) Lampley.

Ricky enjoyed the outdoors, wildlife, hunting and fishing.  He was always willing to help anyone, and loved his dog “Bear”.

Surviving are his brother, Christopher M. Lampley and fiancée Melissa Spinicchia of Westminster; sister-in-law, Julie Moxley of N.C.; nieces and nephews, Deaira Brown, Christopher Lampley, Jr., Carl “Little Carl” Lampley, Nathan M. Lampley, Aiden Lampley, and Makenlee Lampley; aunt, Sue Knellinger of Baltimore; cousins, Dana, Bubby, Travis and Tracy Knellinger; and many close friends.  The family also would like to thank and acknowledge his sponsor, Brian Kimmel; his brother Chris’s sponsor, Michael Krach, and friend Jamie Durboraw.

A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis Street, Westminster, with funeral celebrant John C. Morrill officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 p.m. until the time of the service.  Burial will be private.
