Richard David Wall, Jr.

Richard David Wall, Jr, 67, of New Windsor passed away peacefully at Dove House in Westminster, MD on February 23, 2023.

He is survived by his partner, Dawn Hernandez, daughter Kimberly (and Charles) Hager, son David (and Amanda) Wall. He was a doting grandfather to Felicity, Cecelia, Nathaniel, and Benjamin Hager and Virginia, Margaret, and Penelope Wall.

He will also be missed by his sister Susan (and John) Lampe and former wife and still friend Catherine (and Gary) Shaner. He was predeceased by his brother, Robert Wall Sr, and parents Richard Wall Sr and Ann Gerlach Wall.
