Richard Steven Angell, 66, of Westminster passed away peacefully, Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster. Born September 30, 1955 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Doris Glass and Donald Higgins; beloved father of Richard Steven Angell, II, Kristina Ann Paulsen and her husband Brian, and the late Timothy David Angell; dear stepfather of Tanya Kokoszka and her husband Kevin; loving grandfather of Danielle and Brandon Paulsen, and Gabriel and Owen Kokoszka; cherished brother of Linda Kline, Ronald Glass, and Dale Glass; devoted uncle of many nieces and nephews and he is also survived by his former spouse, Patricia Angell.
Mr. Angell was a truck driver and in his spare time he enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He was an amateur musician and loved playing his guitar. He had a great sense of humor and was a Godly Man, who genuinely loved the Lord. He was a man of few words.
