Raymond William Lowe

Raymond William Lowe, 88, of Hagerstown, Maryland died on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at home.

Born on June 24, 1930 in Westminster, Maryland he was the son of the late Charles W. and Bessie (Barber) Lowe.  He was a resident of the ARC of Washington County, Maryland.

A private burial will be held at a later date in Meadow Branch Cemetery.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
