Raymond P. Dyson, age 65 of Westminster died Monday May 7, 2012 at Transitions Healthcare Center in Sykesville. He was born June 4, 1946 in Catonsville, MD son of the late John and Ethel Corun Dyson. He worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by daughters, Theresa Schoonover and husband Dan and Lisa Cramblitt all of Westminster; siblings, Mildred Sweitzer and husband Donald of New Windsor, Mary Redmond and husband Edward Sr. and Frances Kehler and husband Bob all of Westminster, Evelyn Stitely and husband Ronnie of Fairfield, PA, William Dyson and wife Irene of Glenville, PA, David Dyson and wife Barbara and Mark Dyson all of Westminster and Charles Dyson of Taneytown; former spouse, Sandra Reed of Westminster.
He was predeceased by brothers, John, George and Edward Dyson; sister, Catherine Dyson.
A prayer service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends Saturday 3:00 pm until time of the service at the funeral home.
