Ray Hahn, 69, of Westminster died unexpectedly Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at his home. Born July 1, 1943 in Frederick, he was the son of the late Ray and Georgia Livesay Hahn.
Ray was employed by the United States Government’s National Security Agency for more than 30 years. He was a member of New Hope Fellowship in Westminster. He enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, farming, good company and good food. He loved animals, and he loved the Lord.
Surviving are 3 sons, Michael Hahn of Keysville, Danial Hahn and wife, Melinda, of Louisville, KY, and Matthew Hahn of Westminster; 5 daughters, Cheryle Trojanowski and husband, Dan, of Joppatown, Patricia Esposito and husband, Mike, of Bel Air, Candice “Candi” Hahn of Westminster, Nicole Larrick and husband, Zach, of Mt. Airy, and Sarah Hahn of Westminster; brother, James Hahn and wife, Connie, of Frederick County; sister, Linda Hahn and husband, Richard “Bud” Hahn of Taneytown; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 21 at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD. Interment will follow at Keysville Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
