Phyllis Lane Schanberger

Phyllis Lane Schanberger, nee Arthur, 81, of Westminster, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 24, 2021, at Westminster Healthcare.  Born November 7, 1939, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Elsworth Arthur and Elsie Arthur, nee Tomms; beloved wife of Robert E. Schanberger of Westminster; devoted mother of Robert E. Schanberger, Jr. and his wife Ann Patterson of Frederick, Connie L. Jones of Taneytown, John E. Schanberger and his wife Sylvia of Frankfurt, Germany, and Dave L. Schanberger and his wife Heidi Huber of Manchester; loving grandmother of 8; cherished great grandmother of 5.  She was predeceased by her sisters Shirley Hartman and Jane L. Winters.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 91 Willis Street, Westminster, 21157 where a funeral service will be 11 a.m., Friday, May 28, 2021, with the Rev. Mark Waddell officiating.  Interment will be Lorraine Park Cemetery in Woodlawn.
