Paul Lewis Testerman, 79, of Westminster died peacefully on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the Golden Living Center in Westminster. Born December 24, 1932 in Frederick County, Maryland, he was the son of the late Lester and Lacy Lee Damewood Testerman. He was the husband of Dorothy Lods Roderick Testerman.
Paul was a millworker at the Congoleum Company in Finksburg for more than 25 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and target shooting. He was an avid Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens fan.
Surviving in addition to his wife are son, Paul “Jr.” Testerman and companion, Stephanie Anderson, of Waynesboro, PA; step-daughter, Becky Servey and husband, Ken, of Middletown; step-sons, William “Bill” Roderick and wife, Susan, of Walkersville, and Mark Roderick of Frederick; sister, Mary Ann Walter of Union Bridge; brother, Noble Testerman and wife, Pat, of Taneytown; 1 granddaughter; 3 step-grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 1 step great-granddaughter; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 2 sisters, Hazel Ray and Frances Shelhorse, and a brother, Marshal Testerman.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster with Pastor Rick Shamer officiating. Interment will follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
