Patrick Russell Eugene Heilman, age 39, of Hanover, Pennsylvania, died on Friday, April 1, 2011 at his home.
Born March 5, 1972 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Margaret (Walsh) Haines of Taneytown, and step-son of Barry Haines and Joseph Collins. He was the husband of Rachel J. (Forrester) Heilman.
Patrick was a member of the Harvest Chapel in Abbottstown, PA. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was an avid Ravens Fan. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his dear children.
Surviving are children, Grace Elizabeth Heilman of MD, Dexter Tyshawn Avery of PA, Jeremiah Clarence Michael Heilman of PA, and Jacob Anthony Heilman of PA; sister, Susan Woody and husband Gene of Taneytown; brothers, Garry Heilman and wife Gina of Hanover, Jerry Heilman and wife Jill of Gilbertsville, PA, and Paul Ernest Sizemore and wife Lori of Littlestown, PA; special uncles, Mike and Fred Walsh; aunts, Deb Leisner and Harriett Dowden and many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 7:30 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster, Maryland with Pastor Don Wolabaugh officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 5th from 6-9 PM, and on Wednesday from 1-3 and 5 PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
