Patricia "Trish" Ann Valentine

On December 12, 2023, Patricia “Trish” Ann Valentine passed away at Carroll County Hospital. She was born on October 13, 1957 in Baltimore, MD to the late Charles Phipps, Sr. and Ellen Duley.

Trish is survived by her husband Terry “Sam” Jay Valentine of 27 wonderful years of Westminster, MD. She is also survived by her son Marc Edward Soliday (friend Kim Corravetti of Littlestown, PA) and former wife Laura Bush, her daughter Michele Lee Soliday (boyfriend Justin Alban). She is survived by all of her grandchildren: Emalin, Joseph, Samantha, Sonora, and Lochlan. She is predeceased by her brother Charles Phipps, Jr. and her nephew Robert Phipps.

Trish adored her dog Liberty “Libby” and truly enjoyed the beach. She was very passionate about cooking for her family and loved her life and all of her precious grandchildren.

Family will receive friends for an hour of visitation on Saturday January 13, 2024 from 1-2pm at St. Luke’s Winters Lutheran Church, 701 Green Valley Road New Windsor, MD 21776.
