Patricia (Pat) Mary Krabitz, 84, of Taneytown, Maryland passed into our Lord’s Kingdom Friday, December 24, 2024, following an extended illness. Born January 19, 1940 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Rowland A. and Jean A. Boone (Borusewicz). She was wife to her beloved husband, Jack E. Krabitz, to whom she was married for 49 years.
Patricia worked for the B&O, Chessie, and CSX Railroads. She loved drawing (especially for her grandchildren) and caring for her many German Shepherds over the years. Her favorite loves were her husband, shopping, and spending time with her daughter and her three grandchildren.Patricia is survived by daughter, Patricia Lyle and husband David of Frederick; grandchildren, Alec (wife Hailey), Jack, and GiGi Lyle; great granddaughter, August (Boon), sister-in-law, Eileen, and her two nephews, Roland and Matthew. She was predeceased by her brother, Roland Boone.
A eulogy will begin at 12:45pm followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be said at 1:00 PM Friday, January 10, 2025, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Taneytown. Interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.myersdurborawfh.com.
