Pamela Lynn Bushman, 51, of Thurmont, MD died Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at her residence. Born August 14, 1963 in Gettysburg, PA, she was the daughter of Cheryl (Shriner) Bushman of Thurmont, MD and the late David Bushman Sr.
Pam was colorful in spirit and in life and was known for her beautiful smile. She had a talent for arts and crafts. In her younger years, she enjoyed going to drag races and was also a diehard Redskins fan. She was employed as a shipping clerk at R. R. Donnelly in Thurmont.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are sons, Michael Pees and companion, Jamie Davis, of Hanover, PA, Bradley Pees of Frederick, MD and William Pees and wife, Kaylene, of Fairfield, PA; grandchildren, Michael Scott Pees, Eleighana Onalee Pees, and Jeremiah James Pees. She is also survived by brother, David Bushman Jr., of Emmitsburg and sister, Robin Bushman and companion, Jeff Kessler, of Cascasde, MD as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and special niece, Sarah. Nephew, James, was Pam’s puzzle partner. Pam’s family wishes to express their appreciation to son Bradley’s caregivers.
The family will receive friends 1-3 and 4-6 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2015, at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 W. Main St, Emmitsburg, MD. A gathering will follow at the American Legion in Cascade, MD.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
