Oscar D. Keeney, age 81, of Westminster, Maryland, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at his home.
Born December 29, 1931 in Woodsboro, Maryland, he was the son of the late Norman D. and Virgie D. (Baugher) Keeney.
He is survived by his wife Constance J. Keeney.
Also surviving are son, Donald Keeney of Thurmont; step-children, Mark Rosenbloom of Hagerstown, Scott Rosenbloom of Florida, Jennie Wimberly of Tenn., and Forrest Rosenbloom of PA; brothers, George Keeney of Westminster and Jim Keeney of W.Va.; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kaylie Blake Rosenbloom.
Services and interment in Rocky Hill Cemetery in Woodsboro will be private.
Arrangements are by the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
