Norma J Snyder, age 82, formerly of Accident, Maryland, died peacefully on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at Golden Living Center in Westminster, Maryland. Born June 21, 1933 in Confluence, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Christine (Rugg) Nicholson. She was the loving wife of many years to the late Meredith D. Snyder
Norma was a handicap counselor for many years at Appalachian Crossroads. She loved cooking and spending time with her family, especially the children.
Surviving are daughter, Charlotte Snyder and husband Bill Arnold of Taneytown; granddaughter, Erin; and siblings, Roger Nicholson and Cindy Shaffer.
Norma will be laid to rest at Bittinger Cemetery in Garret County, and the services will be private.
