Mildred Pauline Waddell, 80, of Westminster, formerly of Taneytown, died Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Carroll Lutheran Village in Westminster. Born June 10, 1933 in Taneytown, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Carrie Sowers Reinaman. She was the long-time companion of William C. Belt of Westminster.
Mildred was a 1952 graduate of Taneytown High School. She enjoyed attending class reunions over the years. She was employed by Telemecanique in Westminster for many years as an assembly worker. Mildred was an animal lover and enjoyed animals of all kinds.
Surviving in addition to her companion Bill are sister, Treva Murphy and husband Glenn, and a nephew, Glenn Murphy, Jr. all of Littlestown, PA, and niece, Tammy Eichelberger of Thurmont.
A memorial service will be announced at a later time. Burial will be private.
