Michael J. Talbott, age 57, of Knoxville, Maryland, died on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Born April 9, 1954 in Hamilton, Ohio, he was the son of Betty (Harden) Talbott of York, PA and the late Spalding J. Talbott, Jr.
Michael enjoyed fishing, camping, working on cars, and watching sports, especially football and NASCAR.
Surviving are sons, Jesse L. Talbott and Jamie M. O’Connell both of Hagerstown; grandchildren, Jada, Jesse, Jr., and Anthony; sister, Becky Stinnett and husband David of Fairfield, PA; brother, Daniel Talbott of York, PA; niece, Tiffany Elswick and husband Justin of Hanover, PA; close friends, Henry and Julie of Knoxville.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 6-8 PM at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 West Main St., Emmitsburg. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Jon R. Greenstone officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Frederick.
