Michael William “Rider” McNair, 56, of York Springs, PA died unexpectedly Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at his home. Born August 24, 1958 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Helen Jamison McNair, of Taneytown, MD and the late Robert McNair. He was the husband of Sandra Rippeon McNair, to whom he was married for almost 23 years.
Mike was a forklift operator at IFCO in Biglerville, PA. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and collecting Harley-Davidson memorabilia.
Surviving in addition to his wife are step-children, Michael Rippeon of York Springs, PA, Bill Scott and wife Val of Hanover, PA, and Stacy Scott of Florida; sister, Melinda Eyler of Taneytown, MD; 4 step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Bob McNair.
