Melody C. Johnson, age 43, of Westminster, Maryland, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
Born September 21, 1972 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Robert E. Johnson, Sr. and Carolyn R. (Powers) Johnson of Westminster.
Melody had been employed with English American clothing factory in Westminster, and attended Crossroads church bible study. She loved singing music.
Surviving in addition to her parents are daughter, Krista Pees and husband Michael L., Jr. of Westminster; sons, Michael Hoffman of Dundalk and Jacob Hartwick of N.C.; siblings, Sherrie Stairs and husband Mark of Meyersdale, PA, Robert W. Johnson and wife Robin of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, Melissa “Missy” Boyer and husband Keith of N.C., Rebecca Ann Schmidt and husband Jeff of Westminster, and Robert E. Johnson, Jr. of Preston, MD; grandson, Brayden Lee Pees; and a niece, Dallas Johnson.
Visitation and service will be private for the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, in Westminster.
