Marvin Wyatt “Babes” Myers, 50, of Levittown, PA died Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Bucks County, PA. Born July 18, 1963 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Linda June Stonesifer of Taneytown. He was the husband of Terri Jean Quirk Myers.
Marvin was a restaurant manager for several years following his retirement from the military. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserves. He was of the Catholic faith.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are son, Ian Quirk and daughter, Savanah Myers, both of Levittown, PA; sister, Tracey Kelly and husband Matt of Fairfield, PA; and brothers, Michael Myers and wife Pat, and Scott Myers, all of Dallas, GA.
A memorial service to celebrate Marvin’s life will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 14, 2014 at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD, with the Rev. Mr. Darrell Smith officiating. Burial will be private.
