Marjorie Ann (Custis) Webster, age 86, of Manchester, Maryland, died peacefully on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Columbia Cottage Assisted Living in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
She was born on December 25, 1927 in Pocomoke City, Maryland, daughter of the late Upshur and Roxie (Garrity) Custis. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas S. Trevey, Jr. in 1990.
She worked for over 25 years as a telephone operator with C & P Telephone Company. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Surviving are sons, Thomas S. Trevey, III and wife Linda of Manchester, and Dennis J. Trevey and wife Kathleen of Baltimore. Also surviving are 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, James “Jim” Custis.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster with Rev. Anne C. Durboraw officiating. Entombment will be private in Bel Air Memorial Gardens in Bel Air, Maryland.
