Margaret "Peggy" Maree Kyle

Margaret “Peggy” Maree Kyle, 76, of Finksburg, passed away Monday, September 26, 2022, at the BridgingLife Hospice. Born September 17, 1946, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late Roy Mervin Kyle and Ione Everhart Kyle, nee Parrish.

She was a hairstylist for many years. She loved music and singing Karaoke songs, especially oldies; she loved to dance and read. She enjoyed spending her time with her girlfriends and of course her grandchildren.

Surviving her are her son, Donald Gerkin, Jr., and wife Heather of Hampstead; grandchildren, Violet and Jack; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Kim McAllister and Jennie Sheridan. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by all five siblings, Richard Parrish, Ginger Zito, Ronnie Kyle, Wesley Kyle, and Roy “Buddy” Kyle, Jr.

Services will be private. Donations can be made in her name to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
