Margaret Elizabeth Rill, age 96 of Westminster, died Thursday August 19, 2010 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. She was born January 31, 1914 in Carroll County, the daughter of the late John and Clara Green Easton. She was the wife of the late Robert R. Rill. She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church in Sykesville. She enjoyed working in her yard on the lawn and gardens and housework and cooking.
She is survived by her daughter, B. Dolores Wardenfelt, son and daughter-in-law, Larry E. and Shirley Rill and son and daughter-in-law, Robert C. and Donna Rill, all of Westminster; also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She was predeceased by a sister and infant brother.
A funeral service will be held Monday August 23, 2010 at 11:00 A.M.
at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster with Pastor Mary Steinwandt officiating. Interment will follow in Lake View Memorial Park in Sykesville.
The family will receive friends Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
