Lula Elizabeth Dillinger, age 92 of Westminster died Tuesday January 8, 2013 at Carroll Hospice Dove House. She was born May 6, 1920 in Cumberland, daughter of the late George, Sr. and Ethel May Wagner Welsh. She was the wife of the late David R. Dillinger, Jr. who died in 1984.
Before retirement she worked as a secretary for Dr. Siegel, Deer Park Jr. High School and the Board of Education in Cumberland. She was a member of Westminster United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her son, Mark R. and wife, Ruth K. Dillinger of Kingsville, MD; daughter-in-law, Jeanne E. Dillinger of Atlanta, GA, siblings, Maxine E. Wilson of Westminster and George W. Welsh, Jr. of Randallstown; also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her son, David R. Dillinger III.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Saturday January 12, 2013 at Carroll Lutheran Village, Krug Chapel, 300 St. Luke Circle, Westminster with Rev. Jimmie L. Schwartz officiating. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service Saturday at Krug Chapel.

Arrangements are by the Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home in Westminster.
