Lincoln Goodman, Sr., 44, of Taneytown, died unexpectedly at home on Sunday, March 26, 2017. Born June 7, 1972 in Lincoln Park, MD, he was the son of the late Donnie Joe and Catherine Marie (Ledford) Goodman, Sr. He was the husband of Adelina “Addy” (Garza) Goodman.
Lincoln was the owner and operator of the former Beaver Construction Company of Westminster. He worked for Taneytown Towing in Taneytown.
Surviving are children, Kelly Goodman and companion Mark Mullins of Florida; Candace Goodman and companion Joe Long of Perry Hall; Lincoln Goodman, Jr. of Hampstead; and Tara Goodman of Westminster; brothers Donnie “Joe Joe” Goodman, Jr. of Westminster; Tom Goodman of Taneytown; D.J. Goodman of Taneytown; and sisters Dawn Lecuyer and husband David Young of Taneytown, and Sara Goodman and husband Ryan Trent of Manchester; 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brother Edward Glen Goodman.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 31, 2017 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, 91 Willis St., Westminster, MD, 21157. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park in Sykesville. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 30, from 6:00-8:00 pm, and on Friday, March 31 from 10:30 am until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help defray funeral expenses may be made to the funeral home at the above address.
