Lily Ann Koelber, 6 days, of Westminster, died on Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Sinai Hospital of a rare genetic disease, Walker-Warburg Syndrome.
Born November 14, 2009 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Melinda Kidd and Timothy Koelber.
Surviving are grandparents Wendy Valonis, Robert Kidd, Kelly and Fred Koelber. Also surviving are greatgrandparents and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Melinda Kidd or Timothy Koelber at 418 John Owings Road, Westminster, MD 21158.
