Lillian Lenore Hymiller, age 85 formerly of Westminster, died Sunday January 23, 2011 at The Brethren Home Community in New Oxford, PA. She was born December 20, 1925 in Baltimore, the daughter of the late John and Florence Spath Mason. She was the wife of the late Paul T. Hymiller who died in 1995. She was a 1942 graduate of Taneytown High School. For many years Lillian owned and operated a bakery in Littlestown, PA and did domestic work at Leggett’s Department Store.
She is survived by her sister, Charlotte Stonesifer of Hanover, PA and devoted friend, Nancy Hooper of Westminster. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by her sister, Mildred Brown and brother, A. Marshall Mason.
A funeral service will be held Thursday 11:00 A.M. at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster with Rev. Scott Morgan officiating.
Interment will follow in Meadow Branch Cemetery in Westminster.
The family will receive friends Thursday 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
