Laura Donwina Susanne Aubol, age 51, of Littlestown, PA died suddenly Thursday, March 1, 2012 as the result of an automobile accident near Gettysburg, PA. Born December 29, 1960 in Baltimore, she was the daughter of William J. Heinrich of Baltimore and Helen A. France of Taneytown.
Laura was a veterinary technician and had worked at several veterinary clinics in the area. She was a communicant of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Taneytown and a member of St. Joseph’s Sodality. She was also a past leader of St. Joseph Church’s youth group. She enjoyed crafting, scrap-booking, collecting cat figurines, and spending time with family.
Surviving in addition to her parents are daughter, Angela L. Aubol and husband, Enrique Cortes, of Thurmont; son, Dean F. Aubol, III of Thurmont; sister, Elizabeth S. Kraft of Taneytown; brothers, Stephen C. Heinrich and wife, Beatrix, of Radcliffe, Kentucky, Jonathan S. Heinrich and wife, Jane, of Kentucky, Timothy M. Heinrich and wife, Paula, of Mt. Airy, and Keller C. Wolfe, III of Taneytown; grandchildren, Ashlyn & Jadyn Aubol; former spouse, Dean F. Aubol, Jr. of Thurmont, as well as numerous nieces & nephews. She was predeceased by sister, Helen U. “Joy” Wolfe.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, March 8 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 44 Frederick St., Taneytown, MD with Monsignor Martin E. Feild as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 136 E. Baltimore St., Taneytown, MD.
