Larry Eugene Edwards, age 64 died Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at Paramount Senior Living in Chambersburg. Born February 19, 1961, he was the son of the late James Fletcher and Helen Elizabeth Edwards. He was the loving husband of Lori K. Edwards, they met in 2013 and married in 2018.
Larry worked as an auto mechanic for 30 years. If it had a motor, he could fix it, cars, motorcycles, lawn mowers…anything. He enjoyed being outdoors, going to the beach, sunsets and taking his family camping. He liked watching NASCAR and was a Jeff Gordon fan. He was also a big Red Skins fan.
Besides his wife he is survived by his children; Ryley J. Edwards and wife Brittany of Taneytown, Courtney S. Edwards and fiancé Brian Schanken of Taneytown, Sarah Van Metre and husband Tyler of Fairfield, PA and Freddy Clift of Fairfield; grandchildren Theo Edwards and Liam Van Metre; brother, Denny Edwards; sister, Sharon MacCracken and his dog Comet.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
