Lacy Willis, 77, of Taneytown, MD died Sunday, July 21, 2013 at her home. Born May 13, 1936 in Grundy, VA, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Looney. She was the wife of the Late Clyde M. Willis.
Surviving are daughters, Rhonda Sondericker and husband Bert of Taneytown, and Rita Dexter of Pennsylvania; son, Bobby Joe Stiltner and wife Lisa of Pennsylvania; sister, Waneeda Winchester of Alabama; brother, Mike Looney and wife Alice of Virginia; 8 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter, Pamela McCoy and 5 siblings.
