Justin Lee Brown, age 19 of Westminster, died Friday February 15, 2008 at Hanover General Hospital. He was born October 23, 1988 in Gettysburg, PA, the son of Lisa M. Cool Reed of Westminster and the late Charles W. Brown who died in December 1991. He worked for Danny Pickett Tree Service in Westminster. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, ATV riding and dancing. He loved his work as a tree grounds-man and arborist. He was a Dallas Cowboy Fan and enjoyed Sprint Car Racing. He was a 2007 graduate of Gateway School in Westminster.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancee’, Crystal Chontelle Tobery of Westminster; step-father, Calvin C. Reed, Sr. of Westminster; children, Jordyn Charles David Brown in Westminster and son, Robert in Pennsylvania; siblings, Joshua L. Brown of Hanover, PA, Calvin C. Reed, Jr. of Westminster, Jennifer L. Colby of Taneytown, Raymond P. Reed and Amanda Reed both of North Carolina; aunts and uncles, Mary Jane Fuss of Thurmont, Pat McGonigal of Littlestown, PA, Linda Stonesifer of Emmitsburg, Nancy Haines of Fairfield, PA, Deborah Cool of Taneytown, Francis Cool of East Berlin, PA, Charles Cool of Emmitsburg, Ronald Cool of Fairfield, David Cool, Richard Cool and Michael Cool all of Emmitsburg, Daniel Brown of Fairfield, Delphine Ott of Emmitsburg, Ella Baker of Waynesboro, Sheryl Toms of Hagerstown, Susan Cook and Rodney Brown both of Waynesboro and Dale Martin of South Mountain, Pa. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was predeceased by aunts and uncle, Debbie Houck, Rick Brown and Becky Butts.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 47 DePaul Street, Emmitsburg with Rev. Stephen P. Trzecieski, C.M. as celebrant. The interment will be in Emmitsburg Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday and Thursday 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 210 E. Main Street, Emmitsburg. A Christian Wake Service will be held Thursday evening 8:00 pm.
