Julie Ann Gibbons, age 46 of Union Mills died Wednesday May 5, 2010 at her home in Union Mills. She was born February 23, 1964 in Laurel, MD the daughter of Mae Wheeler Welsh of Charlestown, WV and the late James Ward. She was the fiancee’ of Sean L. MacDermott of Union Mills. She loved her pets and animals.
In addition to her mother and fiance, she is survived by sons, Robert Gibbons of Glen Burnie, MD and Christopher Gibbons of Pottstown, PA; grandmother, Catherine Wheeler of Savage, MD; siblings, James Ward of Finksburg and Sandra Coon of Savage; grandchildren, Gauge and Leda Gibbons; close friend, Shirl Swartz of PA;
A funeral service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, May 10, 2010 at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis Street, Westminster with Rev. Richard K. Shamer officiating.
Interment will follow in Morehead Memorial Cemetery in Union Mills, MD.
The family will receive friends Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
