Judith Ann Carbaugh

Judith Ann Carbaugh, 82 of Westminster, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022 at Lorien Taneytown. Born March 27, 1939, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Franklin Smiley and Jessie Rebecca nee Carpenter Smiley. She was the wife of Charles Levine Carbaugh, Jr. for 65 years.

Judith was a seamstress at English American Taylor for many years. She enjoyed doll making, time with her granddaughters, reading cooking and baking.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter, Suzanne Keen and husband Virgil; son, Chuck Carbaugh III and wife Ann; granddaughters, Heidi Reilly and husband Aaron and Emily Carbaugh; grandsons, Joseph and Virgil Keen; great grandchildren, Caleb, Easton and Liam.

The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2022 at MYERS-DURBORAW FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 136 East Baltimore Street, Taneytown, MD 21787, with funeral service starting at 12 p.m. Interment will follow at Pipe Creek Cemetery, 130 S. Clear Ridge Rd. Union Bridge.
